tnt Fitness History

The tnt Fitness Program began in February 1999.The program was designed for individuals that could not afford personal training, but still wanted an effective and affordable form of supervised exercise instruction. It quickly developed into so much more. It was not only affordable and effective for participants, but also efficient. The efficiency of the program attracted individuals with limited time in their schedules for exercise. By June of 1999, every training session was filled with participants and the wait list for the program matched the number of people in the program. By November 1999, the program had blossomed at a facility that traditionally could not produce any significant personal training revenue. This caught the attention of the company we were providing our services for, the Sport and Health Clubs.
