This 13-week program includes:

24 Full-body Workouts
(You can attend 2 of at least 16 workouts offered during the work week. All workouts are 45 minutes long and led by your TNT Fitness Coach/Trainer in the weight room.)

FREE Weekend Workouts
You can attend any weekend workout anywhere we offer TNT Fitness*. Take advantage of these classes if you have to miss a class during the week, or if you would just like an additional workout. With the weekend workout offerings, you have 36 chances to complete 24 workouts.

Structured Cardiovascular Script
Your cardio script will tell you what piece of equipment to use, for how long, and at the intensity most appropriate to your fitness level.

3 Body Fat Measurements
These measurements will be performed at the beginning, middle, and end of each session and will be used to monitor progress toward your fitness goals.

Core Training Regimen
We devote a portion of every workout to building your abdominal and lower-back strength because it is critical to healthy living (and looking good in a bathing suit).

Total Body Stretch Routine
We provide you with a stretching routine to improve flexibility, and reduce the tightness and soreness in your muscles and joints that result from daily living.

Nutrition and Meal Planning Guidelines
Our nutrition plan is based on the portion principles made famous by leading nutrition and weight-loss programs. Our goal is not to tell you what to eat (that is the job of a nutritionist), but to help you structure a meal plan based on eating healthy foods in moderation.

Our e-Newsletter is one of the many ways we keep you motivated and educate you on the basics of health and fitness.

Camaraderie and Fun in a Small Group Setting
Exercising in the small group setting gives more texture to your workouts and inspires you to work even harder.
