This 13-week program includes:

24 training session with your TNT Fitness Coach/Trainer
(held 2 times per week at set day and time, 45 minutes, total body workout)

What that means:

Strength Training:
Twice each week the participant meets the tnt coach and begins a 35-40 minute strength training session. The 35-40 minutes of strength training involves a full body workout consisting of a minimum 13 compound exercises and 4 core exercises. 


Cardio Routine:
We provide our participants with a scripted routine, using the elliptical cross trainer, the treadmill, and the stationary bike. We tell them the intensity level they should be exercising at, the amount of time on each piece of equipment, and when during the 12-week session they will need to increase their intensity levels.

Nutrition Plan: Our nutrition plan is based on the portion principles made famous by Weight Watchers. Our goal is not to tell the participant what to eat (that is the job of a nutritionist), but to teach them to eat healthy foods in moderation. It is a general, but effective plan. We basically give participants a baseline in portions of carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, vegetables, and water that they should consume daily.

Group Size: Class sizes will range from 2-8 people per group.
